Low dose of oral fin will work, but satisfying results will appears in 2 years and ONLY if he use alongside microneedling, minox (buy it in glycerin-based) and maybe topical tretinoin. (using these 3 without Fin will not work, you have an aggressive hair loss)

That's why i said 2 years of consistent work & patience for the first results. If he hopes regrowing back hair with minox only in 4 weeks, it's his fault to believe it
If he start rn he could glow-up in 2 years
