Your masseter muscle is the muscle that connects your zygos to your lower jaw. it helps make up your jawline and face shape. Needed for chewing, opening and closing your mouth. You can feel your masseter by placing your fingers on the side of your face near your ear and clenching your teeth the muscle that bulges is your masseter.

When working out your masseter moderation matters, if you overdo it you can develop jaw clicking headaches tooth wear shi like that.

You can chew hard food like steak, jerky, carrots, hard chewing gum or just multiple pieces of regular gum. Chew on both sides to help prevent asymmetry. You can jaw clench moderately hard for 5-15 seconds with multiple reps and sets of it. Can put your fist under your chin and try opening your mouth while pushing up enough with your hand to give it a little resistance. I’d work em out every other day but not for long periods of time.

Can massage your masseters in circles with your knuckles or fingertips using medium pressure for 1-3 minutes on each side. If you have knots you can find the tender spot in the muscle press and hold for 20-40 seconds then let the muscle relax. Can use heated massage tools, facial rollers, Gua sha stones.

To improve the side profile use correct tongue posture. The front profile of your masseters once you work them out depend mainly on what type of gonions you have.

Flared / outward gonions are ideal. You can see what you have by rubbing your fingers on the bottom of your jaw

got my first hard gums today will post update in 6 months

i chew 2 hard gums at a time cuz one already feels soft for me. For a week I had bad TMJ pain but now it's gone. My masseter muscles certainly feel bigger at touch but visually not much difference for now

I also chew 2 gums and dont change them for around a week since i keep them in my fridge and they preserve the hardness. Around a week in, they start deteriorating and i change them.
