After falling deeper down the lookism rabbit hole I've found myself considering cheekbone augmentation, originally I just wanted a larger more forward projecting more square chin via implant, then I decided a wraparound jaw implant would be good for an improved jaw, and now I find myself considering zygos implants. I'm not 100% sure its necessary, my cheekbones aren't awful but if I were to get wraparound jaw implants I think I might just get the zygos in the same go, but idk if I'm letting my autism run wild. The buck stops here though, I won't consider changing anything about my face (surgically) other than cheek / jaw / zygos and strictly with implants.

I'm historically good at glancing into the abyss, hopefully that doesn't change

honestly if i had a choice i would have ramirez tier zygos, anyway i look like a nerfed version of him

I feel like everything else about my face is either already ideal or very subjective. I don't want to look like a completely different person, just a slightly hotter me.
I think you would only really benefit from wraparound implant and more projected maxilla

I know they make maxilla implants but that seems a bit iffy to me, and I don't want to go through any bone-breaking procedures

your face looks like, what would happen if a girls face was planted on a dude

would benefit from a tan, your cheekbones are just low and sunken so implant would look off tbh

The very worst thing you have is your totally feminized forehead/neurocranium

A humanoid and androgenic neurocranium is short, wide with a sharp rectangular shape

Your feminine neurocranium makes you look like a reddit tranny

Its your biggest flaw

Your nosetip is thick, plump and bulbous, while your nostrils are small and round

A masculine nose has a sharp filigrane and small nosetip with broad nostrils

(The typical desired plastic surgery nose represents a androgenic nose)

Your cheekbones arent bad, but they dont have a sharp and high set shape, your zygos isnt really wide, and the protrusion is basically non existent, the sides of your face are flat

You chin isnt very bad, but its still a quite feminine chin, your gonial angle/ramus length is also not ideal

But as i mentioned, the very worst trait you have is your horrible feminized neurocranium/forehead/hairline

To fix that, you would need a skullshaving surgery along with temple implants and a hairline lowering surgery plus a hair transplant

Even if you’re right, I don’t really mind my forehead at all personally, I think my opinion remains unchanged, a square chin, slightly more sharp / wide jaw and *maybe* more projected zygos is all I would change personally.

Oh also I’d want my chin to project forward and downward more but that’s included in “square chin” imo
