    Inplants are hit and miss. Fillers much better initially in my opinion. Bimax is cope unless you are really recessed; so many factors that can f**k your result up ie a non black pilled surgeon

    It will give some more hooding, I should say, rather than change shape. Then upper eyelid fillers/fat grafts under the brow ridge to give the better hooding. Add to that infraorbital rim implants. Just want to improve the area as much as I can.

    I can never get a compact midface anyway so no point in morphing. My PFL is ~30mm; it probably looks smaller because of my orb structure/lack of hooding.
