I hate binging but everytime I come home from college we end up going out and eating and I hate it I only like to eat like one thing a day or eat nothing at all
It's not exactly good for you (obvious), but the not obvious effects of this are losing bone density. I'ma go all nerdy on you, but If your body isn't taking in enough calcium PTH (parathyroid hormone) is stimulated to release osteoclast which dissolves bone tissue. It's not really a good thing to not eat because your not getting proper nutrients, and you won't look healthy which is not attractive. (The calcium thing is the only thing I could think of rn, but being deficient in your mineral intake is also not good)
 
Tbh i had one and my reason for getting it sounds so stupid compared to most ppl
I was always rlly skinny then I gained weight and felt fat asf even tho I was like bmi 19
