Discussion 1000-1100 Calories enough for the day?

Doing this now since January and I'm losing tons of weight with a lot of meat and eggs. Barely had any cheat days. Sometimes I do crave junkfood heavily but it goes away pretty fast, then I'll just remind myself that I'll ruin my process.

Is 1000-1100 calories low or ideal for a day?

Your calorie intake is definitely slowing down your metabolism, which will make it harder to maintain your weight loss in the long run. But I’m a pro at managing a shit metabolism caused by starvation… hit me up if you ever need tips on that :ez:

True, I was stuck at the same weight for a pretty long time despite these low calories. I have those genes that I lose weight fast, but also gain fast

It's mostly yogurt, cucumbers, protein bars, chicken breast and eggs. How does your diet look like?
No problem brother. I dunno, it’s different. Yesterday I didn’t have dinner because I fell asleep and only ate some Japanese bar that I had left from when I ordered it and some Milka cakes that were disappointing. And just now I will eat two croissants for breakfast and then I’m going to the supermarket to get some goyslop. Tonight I will either have fish or meat-minced samosas. I’ll let you know. I’m exceeding 1000 kcal today for sure.
 
I would increase the calories a little, no less than your BMR and increase your activity. Focusing on high protein. You're just gonna lose a bunch of muscle and a little fat, making it so you end up skinny fat.

They're not actually blue Cheetos, it's just how I described it. They're Cheetos spinners. But I like the taste, it's kinda different from other stuff. And what did you end up eating today? I hope the headache goes away soon. I decided on Skittles by the way. I'm going to watch a movie now.

I just had fish for dinner and I only watched half of the movie. Since we both had fish this confirms we are besties.
