14 RATE and ANALYZE profile

what can i do to improve? i know i have bad forward growth but i don't know how to improve it besides bimax which i obv can't do rn. i have class II braces w powerchains and class II elastics on my right side of my teeth. thanks

ur already doing the main thing you can be doing, be patient.

while waiting for puberty/treatment to work: wear the elastics like it's a religion, avoid mouth breathing (if possible), sleep enough, and eat enough. your case looks mild/moderate. ur in a normal treatment path and should probably improve if you follow ur ortho's instructions fully.

ur 14 also chew ur food as much as u can and chew hard shi

do everything your orthodontist tells u to in relation to ur braces
have u had teeth removed?

im also lwk hella wary of orthodontists because they genuinely fucked my friend up sooooo bad. they recessed her mandible awfully

yeah this can happen but usually only if premolars r removed
