I went to the orthodontist 10 days ago.

He gave me three options:

•get traditional braces

•have jaw surgery

•use Invisalign with elastics


Just wanna know some things.

You probably don’t know, but is jaw surgery covered by insurance in Italy?

And what do elastics with Invisalign do? Do they bring the lower jaw/teeth forward?

im not sure but if its medically needed then its probably gonna be covered , and elastics with invasalign is for overbite n underbite issues so it fixes that . hope this helped

what is the issue with your jaw/ bite? (underbite, over bite, recessed jaw, open bite, just teeth gaps)?
