14 year old with acne

Hey! I am a 14 year old kid that struggles with acne. Bought a lot of products and have used Them for a long time, saw a slight change but not that much but the acne keeps coming back. Don’t really know what I should do.

sleep on ur back or silk pillow cases. diet also slightly effects it but mainly touching ur face or not washing properly is prob it idk.
 
acne is from testosterone there's nothing you can do, im guessing you do not want to reduce your t at all probably.

one option might be opening your pores with steam
