Buy Mike Mentzer high intensity training on Amazon, eat a calorie surplus.

The only way lifting will effect your growth is if you don't eat.

You're 14 so you can afford to be unattractive, 4 years of weight lifting and knowing how to bulk and cut will mean by the time you're 18 you will be mile's ahead of everyone else and slaying pus

I think you should try and grow out your hair and work from there, and try to find a style that suits you.
