Tint your eyebrows, use dark brown.
I can't tell with certainty if your chin is recessed from the angles provided, but it looks like a possibility. If so, start saving up for a genioplasty when you turn 18.
And if your forehead is so annoying to you, you could get a follicular unit transplantation to lower your hairline just a tad, its a very common solution to large forheads.
Yeah. So just start saving money. Buy some dark brown eyebrow tint, watch some videos on how to use it before you apply it obviously and thats all i have for you.
