Be patient, a caloric deficit takes time to get rid of excess fat, it can took multiple months.

For example i was 97kg in late 2023 and cut to 81kg (for a height of 189cm) in early 2025, so roughly less than 2 years of a small deficit, to avoid yoyo weight gains, and to avoid to starve myself like a dumbass.

What's your height/weight and also do you exercise like weightlifting and/or cardio ?

Eat more protein, reduce carbs, eliminate sugar.

If you can manage to drop your calorie to 900, then you need to take lots of supplements.

A deficit always works. You’re either not counting, not counting properly or not doing it for long enough
i’ve been doing it for two months and only lost a couple pounds

i’m currently 5’2 and my weight fluctuates around 110-120 lbs and i do exercise every day, i do cardio three times a week, and i do weight lifting. i get around 12k steps a day on average too

1-Stick to omad you will see results fast
2-Don't drink calories
3-CARDIO, CARDIO, AND CARDIO. Run, dance I don't care just move
4-Lots water, don't neglect that, I lost 5 kg in a month eating tash but drinking 4 liters of water
5-Your meals should contain a very high protein source and high fiber(try aiming 10 grams of fiber daily)
6-Diet coke when you're feeling hungry
7-12k steps
9-No sugars
10-Try not eating carbs, the only type of carbs you should be consuming is potatoes or veggies
11-don't cook food with oil
12-Start lifting weights to build muscles
13-Do not consume sodium rich food, YOU DON'T WANT THAT
14- you crave something and you are done with your calories intake for the day then just remember how disgusting obesity can be

aight now that im serious, you def need to lose weight. ur a bit on the heavier side rn and you would look decent with some kgs off. just get in a deficit with high amounts of meat and chicken and diet coke can also help icl

i don’t really drink soda and i’ve been in a deficit for maybe a month now (1200 cals a day) and im getting 12k steps a day. im not heavy but i can see why anyone would think that lol i am a tiny bit chubby

yes lose the chubbyness and also do something for the dark eye circles you got. sleep at a consistent time and get 7/8 hours of sleep. also get fake nails instead of painting them (doesnt look good)

ik i just don’t have enough extra money to get my nails done rn lol i used to once a month. and what do you suggest for the dark circles? they’ve been like that my entire life and i do get good sleep so im not sure what the reason for them is

if u get good sleep its probably cuz of ur skull and will be very hard to fix. tbh first try out all copes like caffeine serum etc but if that doesnt work maybe some procedure. I wouldnt know because my dark eyecircles are cuz of lack of sleep
