You’re probably not counting accurately enough, but if you are, you should cut more or try to minimize carbs at the current daily intake.

ik i just don’t have enough extra money to get my nails done rn lol i used to once a month. and what do you suggest for the dark circles? they’ve been like that my entire life and i do get good sleep so im not sure what the reason for them is

amazon has the cutest press ons for less than 15 bucks. quality of the nails are sorta shitty but a high quality nail glue will make them last forever
