What kind of haircut though? I got a haircut with bangs somewhat because I used to just grow my hair out and it was covering my face but idrk what to do with it besides that (older pics of how my hair used to be & this is before i thinned my eyebrows as well)

if u can, get that rhino 100% also wtf r u doing learn to do ur makeup and fraud, look into some colored contacts even, do ur hair according to ur faceshape as well, u have a oval face shape so do what u will with that info, reshape your eyebrows, and get damon braces, dermal fillers for the under eyes

This is what I've come up for u:

Eye brows (grow hair and fraud with makeup to make them darker)

Under eyes/ eyebags (many methods, softmaxxes as sleep, vitamins and caffeine cremes. U need to do some research there)
(Hardmaxxes as filler, fatgrafting, surgery etc.)

Chin recession: ( I recommend Chin filler or genioplasty for more permanent solution)

Zygos: Zygo filler for more model like look (moggs) for face.
More contour and 3d effect for midface

Spoiler: Expensive ass surgerys

To change the way ur head is shaped u could get leford + genio or bimax, something like that, though it costs around 40.000$.
Really big investment.
Will change ur life dramatically though.

Another idea could be a midface implant to make ur sideprofile look better.
Also this would help with ur infraorbital area (lack if bone under the eyes creating ur eye bags).
costs a lot, high risk, but would save the main problem....

Save up money fore the small surgerys in the beginning.
If u have a lot of money or want to save up for bigger surgery u could do that, but a normal live would be possible with the upper ones
