How can I really ascend ?
Iam planning to cycle T maybe 300mg a week for 12 weeks, what you guys think ?
my current stack:
Skin:
I had really bad acne and rn most of it is gone some PIH and scars but its way better than before
- 10mg isotretinoin (I finished my 40mg course 2 months ago and I will keep this dose to maintain and make my skin better)
- moisturizer, cleanser, sunscreen when I go out
- 4% hydroquinone cream (I can get most of prescription drugs without prescription, I started using it for the PIH, then I will stop after a month, maybe cycle in the future)
- Vit C serum
Hair:
-I use 5% minoxidil on my hair line, I have a really bad hairline since I was a kid, I think its genetics.
I use the same minoxidil under my tongue 1 drop roughly = 0.05ml so thats 2.5 mino
and I use it on my brows and sometimes on my lashes
- castor oil for lashes and brows.
Supplements:
5g creatine
multi vit
magnesium glycinate 150mg
vit d 5000 iu
omega 3 1400mg
others:
Cialis 5mg
Trazadone 25mg (for sleep)
melatonin 3mg
sometimes modafinil 100mg for exams and other nootropics
What should I add or what should I remove?
and also should I get tanner or more pale ?
