Hello, I’m 20 years old, 6’3”, ~170 lbs.





Here’s an honest breakdown of my current situation and what I think needs improvement. I want real feedback on whether I’m overthinking or if these are valid issues.





Concerns:





  • Recessed infraorbital area
  • Mid zygomatic development (cheekbones could be stronger)
  • Chronic water retention unless I diet extremely hard (I sit around ~11–12% body fat)
  • Lower third feels mid and could use more width
  • Neck width is lacking
  • Eye area feels average: too much upper eyelid exposure, overly arched brows, lashes might be too long







Positives:





  • Good facial symmetry
  • Decent overall PSL
  • Good general appeal
  • Tall, lean frame







Some days I feel HTN, other days low Chadlite. The goal is to hit and maintain chad not sure where i truly am or where to start





What I want:





  • Tell me honestly if I’m tripping
  • What’s actually worth fixing vs what’s noise
  • What else (if anything) is genuinely holding me back







Brutal but realistic feedback appreciated.

start sprinting and jumping , it naturally increases test and some studies show is can lead to height development. your very young man, youre height should be the last thing of your worries focus on your cranial development

uhmm well like I play mls next and its already very demanding with my body, I train about 3-4 times per week, only issue I have is putting on muscle. also like i was wondering on hopping on rad-140 or mk677 do you think that's advisable??

Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend anything that can inhibit natural testosterone production. While looks matter a lot, our brains aren’t fully developed enough to make long-term decisions to suppress our natural production. If you want more testosterone, there are non-coping things like tongkat ali, fenugreek, and maca root. (I used to take these growing up on an inconsistent basis, but my natural testosterone levels are 993 ng/dL and free testosterone is 16.7 ng/dL. I’m also black.) It’s important to talk to your dad about his testosterone levels if possible so you know what to expect. I also recommend hGH and MK677. My dad has been taking these peptides since 2021 and he loves them for his testosterone and growth hormone levels.

im half black on my moms side, but my dads Spanish and Italian I'll make sure to talk to him about it
 
I was a sprinter, 100m and 200m. It's genetics dawg, my dad is 5'9 and my mom was 5'1. My dad's side is tall but mom side is cooked. Don't think there's much I can do, but I guess I'll dm you my burner ig, what do I have to lose atp
