Here’s an honest breakdown of my current situation and what I think needs improvement. I want real feedback on whether I’m overthinking or if these are valid issues.

Positives:
Some days I feel HTN, other days low Chadlite. The goal is to hit and maintain chad not sure where i truly am or where to start
What I want:
Brutal but realistic feedback appreciated.

- Recessed infraorbital area
- Mid zygomatic development (cheekbones could be stronger)
- Chronic water retention unless I diet extremely hard (I sit around ~11–12% body fat)
- Lower third feels mid and could use more width
- Neck width is lacking
- Eye area feels average: too much upper eyelid exposure, overly arched brows, lashes might be too long
Positives:
- Good facial symmetry
- Decent overall PSL
- Good general appeal
- Tall, lean frame
