hopped on Reta lmao, high protein low carb and low sugar diet, lost 120. Best thing for cardio (summer only) is putting a punching bag outside when it’s hot out and wearing multiple layers of clothing while boxing or anything to do with movement tbh. 800 calorie tuna and lean ground beef with some fruits each day I think around 120 grams of protein.
