Hi guys,
25M, 5'9" (175cm), 87kg. Trained seriously since teens (always been a good muscle responder, pack on size quick when consistent), but last couple years fell off hard. Mostly fat gain now, face bloated, jaw buried.
Goal: drop ~15kg to ~72kg.

Debating peptides hard:
- Retatrutide solo - Phase 3 data insane (28%+ loss), would melt the fat quick with deficit + lifting, but worried about muscle loss and going gaunt even with heavy training + high protein.
- CJC-1295 no DAC + Ipamorelin solo - Amazing for recovery, sleep, muscle preservation, pumps and glow, but fat loss would be way too slow to drop 15kg in reasonable time.
- Full stack (Reta + CJC+IPA from day 1) - Looks like the god-tier combo: reta shreds fat aggressively, CJC/IPA keeps muscle full and gives extra recovery/glow. But I am scared of combining everything together right from the start, more sides stacking up, worse GI, heart rate, unknown interactions, harder to tell what is causing what if shit hits.
