I’ve recently started the gym (few months) and I’ve just been doing whatever’s free, mainly cardio and occasional weights. What is a good routine for weight loss and gaining muscle.

High protein caloric deficit

Nippard or Basement Fitness routines, don't overcomplicate it, start with an established routine and when you're confident enough to understand why you're doing the exercises they list then you can branch out
