So I’ve been eating 8 oz of steak an avacado and a thing of tuna a day with 3 cups of milk and a liter of water a day, I also am practicing calisthenics and do powerlifting and this is day 3 of my progress, I took all the advice everyone has been shouting at me on all of my accounts and started actually using it instead of larping about being ltn. Probably going to give up later because I have shit consistency but yeah, also I was on vacation so the lighting was different I’ll try and take pictures in the same room from now on.

For consistency I really do recommend joining a sport as that's what really did it for me and it really does help keep you accountable fr.
