This took me around 4.5 months. During COVID I ended up getting pretty overweight and reached ~235 lbs over the course of about 2 years. Before that I was a high school athlete and was fairly lean/in shape for a 16–17 year old.
At this point my main goal is just to keep building muscle while getting as lean as possible. I’m currently around 13% BF, but I feel like my face holds disproportionately more fat than the rest of my body, especially in the lower/midface.
I’m pretty experienced with cutting, lifting, and softmaxxing at this point, so I’m not really looking for basic gym/diet advice. I’m more interested in what I can realistically do for my face specifically.
Would Aqualyx actually be worth considering for facial fat, or is BS/buccal sculpting actually effective? I’m mainly trying to figure out whether my issue is genuinely excess facial fat/fat pads or just my facial structure/genetics, and what the best route would be from here.
If anyone has experience dealing with this or knows the anatomy/treatments side of facial aesthetics, I’d appreciate being pointed in the right direction.
