Discussion 5’1 at 16, chinese/southeast asian manlet (not indian)

Unironically 5’1 at 16. Ive been working out for 1.5 years seriously, progress came quickly and now I could be considered muscular, but im still at around 16-18% bodyfat (lower abs partially visible, upper abs poking out), have been mewing consistently since covid, it actually worked, but my dentist said I have overdeveloped masseter muscles and its grinding down my teeth which could cause problems in the future. Actual manlet. No bs being 100% serious abt the options i thought of in my head.

-Try to heightmaxx to 5’3-5’5 and be the normal height of a filo and live a normal life with a mid overweight 2/10 filo wife

-Join the military and slowly kms in some freak accident or on deployment. (Im in the application process for the reserves in my country, surprised they accepted me). Reincarnationmaxx.

-Throw away all my morals and beliefs then dickmaxx for 4 years and become a dwarf pornstar, disappoint my extremely religious parents (mom 5’0 and dad 5’1, truly over from the start) and never talk to them again.

-Learn my native language and go back to the homeland to marry a filo girl and fuck up my kids life forever bc they will be sub 6’0.

-Become a priest

-Try to heightmaxx and looksmaxx all aspects, then shoot my shot with every 6’0+ woman until it works. Have kids that are hopefully of average height.

What do I do, and if u guys have any heightmaxxing tips or guides pls send them to me.
 
nice plan brother. For heightmaxxing a few tips:
1. sleep 8+ a day
2. don´t eat any food 2-3 hours before you go to sleep
3. start exercising about 3 times a week. you can hit the gym or do calisthenics
4. eat healthy nutritional food (watch some youtube videos about a healthy diet that maxximises growth)
just live a healthy lifestyle to maximize the human growth hormone, which is responsible for your growth.

5. special tipp start sprinting: it increases human growth hormone by three or fourfold if you sprint correctly. It isn´t important how fast you are, but rather how much effort you put into it and how close to failure you can come
my routine is:
20-30 seconds all-out sprinting
90-120 seconds rest
and repeat this process 8-10 times for maximum results. And this one workout do 2-3 times a week
 
It really depends on a few factors how much you´ll grow. When did you start puberty and how tall are your parents?

I workout 5 times a week bc I live 3 mins away from my gym. Havent really tried sprinting, only implemented 2x 11 min runs and 1x 20 min run after 3 of my workouts. I’ll keep that in mind.
 
working out is good for hgh, but high intensity for your cardiovascular system will boost you hgh to next levels

those all sound like bad options, are you comfortable taking estrogen instead?

you said you work out at the gym a lot and do a lot of running, but are 5'1 so it sounds like its over bc of your genetics. I am tall even though i didn't do much exercise as a teen.
