Hi everyone, I’ve been trying to stay consistent with my daily hair regrowth routine, but I keep running into an annoying issue—white flaking and severe scalp dryness a few hours after applying standard 5% liquid solutions. It almost looks like heavy dandruff, which makes it uncomfortable to apply during the day before heading out. I'm looking for a reliable 5% Minoxidil without scalp flaking issues, or at least a formulation that absorbs clean without leaving that chalky white residue on the hair shafts. While searching for milder options, I came across : this lightweight 5% Minoxidil formula, which claims to absorb faster without leaving heavy flakes, but I wanted to get real feedback from the community here first. Has anyone here tried **this specific formulation**, or found a way to prevent the flaking altogether? What has worked best for you to keep the scalp hydrated while staying on a daily 5% liquid regimen? Would really appreciate hearing your personal experiences and tips! Thanks.

Maybe try the foam. It is more expensive but it is said it reduces irritation. For me, I just stick with the liquid topical. Push comes to shove, maybe try oral if you can a)get it and b)not mind the hypertrichosis.

Stop using it and hop on fin. Get a ht later on
