Understand that it is genetics but since you are still growing here what I would do if I could start over. Try getting enough sleep while laying on your back, do stretches targeting your hamstrings and back specifically, and I know it’s cliche but a balanced diet with milk in it. I don’t have an exact routine but there is still time
