JFL a debate between lossus and sexless .....

Here is the science, not broscience.

s3vridge: cooking meat destroys nutrients TRUE
s3vridge: veggies are bad NO
s3vridge: eat raw meat DEPENDS
s3vridge: veganism is a scam DEPENDS

claim 1: cooking meat destroys nutrients is true. this is well known, but the reason people cook meat is because of harmful bacteria. and because cooked meat tastes good

claim 2: natural veggies are good. normie veggies are covered in pesticides and chemicals. washing the veggies can remove some of the chemicals. It is unhealthy not to eat veggies.

claim 3: sushi is raw meat and people eat that. But it is dangerous to eat raw meat. Even s3vridge said that eating raw meat organs can be dangerous unless it is organic.

claim 4: no veggies have all 20 essential amino combinations. but combining different vegan items together can form complete proteins. and there are also vitamin pills you can eat. the vegan fails that he interviews are probably from a low spirit rather than anything physical. simply they lose morale from a boring vegan diet.

Conclusion:
Precise ovens are suggested. If you can cook something to 165F only is ideal. The problem is, most ovens are not precise, so if you set the setting to 165 what you actually might get is 300F and 100F at random areas in the oven.

Even heating to 165F may be too much heat and destroy some nutrients. 105F is the heat you need to destroy 0 nutrients. But 105F does not remove bacteria, fungus, microbes and viruses at all.

S3veridge conflates his bacteria. He says "salmonella is good" for example. But there are hundreds of types of E Coli for instance. Some of the e coli is good while other is dangerous. When he makes blanket statements such as that it sounds like he assumes there is only 1 type of strain of a bacteria.

If the odds of hospitalization of raw meat is 0.001% or something, but if you eat raw meat on a regular basis its like skydiving on a regular basis. Skydiving all the time is not the same risk as just doing it a few times.

S3veridge claims modern veggies are manmade? What does that even mean? Is he saying there were not carrots 10,000 years ago? Of course some modern veggies are GMO, but what he is saying does not sound the same as this. Is he saying berries and veggies are all man made? And what if some veggies (such as onions) were hybrid breeds starting 10,000 years ago? So what? They are still healthy and good. For all we know, the ancient breeding made them healthier than before.

S3veridge is anti-fiber and says nuts are bad. This is in opposition to established research. Of course, research from the establishment can never be trusted, but still. Non-mainstream, non-establishment trustworthy people agree that nuts and fibers are good.

People eat raw meat already, such as sushi and steak. The sushi undergoes strict quality control guidelines. And bacteria has difficulty penetrating a steak, so only the outside must be cooked. This method is inapplicable towards ground hamburger, for instance, where the bacteria is mixed everywhere in the meat. And even S3veridge cautions against eating random raw meats, such as meats that are not raised wild, and not organic certified.

Grilling is the most dangerous method. And microwave seems unclear of the actual max molecular temperature. A precise oven with uniform temperature of 165 seems best.
