What is Orlistat?
Orlistat is a weight loss medication that acts as a lipase inhibitor. It works by preventing roughly 30% of dietary fat from being absorbed, which is then eliminated in the toiled lol

Why is it a good substitute for ozempic/reta?
You can buy it over the counter, it’s very safe and it’s somehow affordable(price depends on where u live) and they are pills not injectable.

What are the side effects?
Most common side effects are gastrointestinal, actually it’s almost guaranteed u will experience those in a certain way because of how the medication works, but u can control it and i’m gonna teach u how
so basically: oily discharge from rectum, diarrhea, flatulence, abdominal pain. And in some cases headaches, cold-like symptoms, irregular periods, fatigue and anxiety.

How to use it?
Very easy, just take a capsule after every meal(right after or 1 hour max)
Aim for a high fat diet, like atleast 10g per meal or the effects will be very small

How to reduce side effects?
Don’t eat WAY too much fat, spread the fat evenly across meals, don’t take it if a meal has no fat, eat more fiber

why would u aim for a high fat diet if its gonna end up in the toilet anyways??
that’s the point
if u eat more fat, less calories will be absorbed from the food bc the orlistat blocks ur body from absorbing fat
