1. Medical grade laser device (LLLT)
The laser device is used first on a clean scalp to stimulate follicle activity and improve blood flow over time

2. Scalp massage at least 4 mins
The scalp massage comes next and is mainly for circulation and helping products spread better, but it needs to stay gentle or it can irritate your scalp.

3. Retinoids (before minoxidil) like tretinoin, wait 30-40 mins
Retinoids like tretinoin is added as an enhancer because it increases how well minoxidil absorbs

4. Minoxidil 5%
Minoxidil 5% is the core treatment and does most of the real work by extending the hair growth phase and stimulating follicles, but it only works if used consistently over months. After applying it, waiting about an hour is important so it can fully absorb before layering anything else.

5. Serums including ingredients like DHT blockers or peptides
Apply after absorption

6. Pumpkin seed oil supplements
Take it with dinner or something, it’s a natural DHT blocker which helps with hair breakage & fall

Also invest in good hair care products. I personally use Kerastase genesis shampoo, conditioner, leave in, mask, kerastase anti chute serum, night serum and the oil

DHT binds to hair follicles (especially on the scalp) and can shrink follicles over time, shorten the hair growth phase which lead to thinner, shorter hairs until follicles stop producing visible hair🥲🥲
