Have a few questions

First doseing, is 20mg a day good? this is what i was recommended but i thought usually its taken in accordance with body weight, im 85kg, 195cm.
i have mild acne around my mouth, appart from the ocasional breakout thats about it.

Also skincare, rn i use CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser for Normal to Dry Skin once a day in the morning and CeraVe SA Smoothing Cleanser (Salicylic Acid) at night, maybe i should switch the hydrating cleanser to at night and forget smoothing cleanser while im on it ?

I also use CeraVe Moisturising Lotion for Normal to Very Dry Skin twice daily.

And i take creatine, any1 know if i should stop that?

Also saw someone recommend fish oil while on it?

Thanks heaps to anyone who can help :)

That guys a r****d. Salicylic acid is for oily skin same with accutane really, so obviously using a dry to normal cleanser contradicts that

I'd also avoid cleansing twice a day

these are the 3 products im using
Both salicylic acid and accutane treat acne and can make the skin dry so using both can be too irritating especially if you only have mild acne like you said. Switching to only cleansing once a day, switching to only the hydrating cleanser at night, or even alternating both depending on how your skin reacts can help with irritation. There’s no hard rule that you can’t use both salicylic acid and isotret at the same time though and none of those products are necessarily bad

ok boss thankyou

any idea on how much Accutane to take?
U should use 0.5-1 mg of accutane per kg of bodyweight but because u only have mild acne thats ok

Also where did you buy it?

Using salicylic acid and accutane and cleansing twice a day is going to r**e your face bro it will be like the sahara

Don't quote me in no way am I a dermatologist but you should prob be using a gentle face wash if anything

I recommend for a "gentle face wash" ( Dermacollectives Purifying gentle facial scrub ) works very well paired or by itself I saw results in my face it got shinier and more glow I guess you could say it works as advertised it says "Elastin and Collagen rejuvenation"

anti-histamine are for allergies like benadryl, zyrtec was the one used in the study, you could start with 30mg if you wanted.
