Does accutane actually do anything
I don’t have bad acne or anything but I want my skin smoother and tighter and get rid of black heads. Is accutane worth it and anyone got any before and afters
Also does it help stress lines or wrinkles

Preciate it

is good

maybe if you have no acne try skincare first but if not i can help a bit with problems you mentioned as it drains oil out of your face

i do not have before and afters cuz it made me depressed

How many mg did you take becuase I heard taking tiny doses everyday limits the side affects idk also surly you don’t get full depressed or does it actually affect wellbeing

Unless you have very bad acne, dealing with the side effects of this medication is probably not worth it. This is a systemic treatment that affects the entire body, from the liver to psychology. Why not consult a dermatologist and look at milder alternatives instead of taking this risk?

Accutane is not directly an anti-wrinkle medication. Rather, because it excessively dries out the skin, fine lines may become more prominent during the treatment process

In accutane treatment, what's important is not the daily dose, but the total (cumulative) amount the body receives. If you take a low dose, the treatment process might extend from 6 months to perhaps 1-1.5 years

There's no rule that says you won't fall into full blown depression some people experience only mild irritability, while others develop serious anxiety disorders
