Well you can use any allergy medicine, but I would highly recommend you use, Claritin non drowsy, or Aller-Fex. Not sure if you could buy those over the counter, I'm pretty sure you can though. And we also see dermatologist to get accutane in America, and if I'm not mistaken most dermatologist recommend you use a antihistamine because it really does help with side effects.

And to be honest, as someone who's on 80mg of accutane right now, it really isn't that bad. And I'm on a high dose. But everyone's experience is different, you can always message me private if you have anymore questions or concerns.
