I dont have typical acne.
But my problem is:
-blackheads
-mild subcutaneous acne
-large pores and a lot of sebum (although my skin is rather dry)
-uneven skin texture
I use tret .025 cream.
My skin is improving but i want something stronger to have faster and comprehensive results.I have read that accutane also can help with this things.
How much accutane and how often?
And which period of time should i take this?

Doesn’t matter what dosage you can lower dose it do the sides doesn’t bother you as much. Hit a cumulative dosage/once your skin gets better either 150mg/kg or 250mg/kg

How does Isotretinoin work?
It kills sebocytes (the cells that produce sebum) which are the main cause of acne. It’s very hard to have acne without sebocytes as sebum is what clogs your pores allowing bacteria to form. It basically kills acne from its origin.
