acne accutane advice

i used to accutane for 8 months first month i was on 20 mg but 2 month later increased the dose 40mg and i took accutane 40 mg 6 month perhaps on 4-5 month i has no acne but after end of course i noticed that small couple pimples appeared but last acne were bigger and more and i cannot understand why its like that after end of course im using cleansing cream with salicylic acid and moisturizing cream and azelaic acid 15% gel in the evening and in the morning just cleansing cream with salicylic acid and moisturizing cream + spf 50 and i still have couple of pimples that bother me so much because on start accutane i think that i will have clean skin, pls help me

did your doctor prescribe you a course of Accutane? Usually after accutane the skin almost doesn't produce sebum and this is very strange, make an appointment with a dermatologist, maybe you have a problems with hormones

yes my doctor prescribed you a course of Accutane,its strange because on like 4-5 month taking accutane i has no acne,okay i will do it
