Acne

i suggest slowly infusing retinol into your skincare routine, but if it’s smth more serious or if it’s hormonal acne i’d say pay a visit to a dermatologist.

about the retinol here are some tips if you’re just beginning to use it:
- use a serum with a small percentage of retinol in it.
- don’t start using it everyday right away, use it once a week at first, then after a few weeks use it twice a week and so on. (it will do you more harm than good if you don’t have patience with it)
- use it only at night.
- make sure you’re well hydrated and use a moisturizer with it since it tends to dry out the skin if you don’t.

Keep using your face wash 2 times a day and rinse with cold water
