Hey everyone, A year ago I got some labs done and my total t was measured at 816 ng/dL and my free t was measured at 67 pg/mL. I am 25 with a lean muscular frame and have tried supplements like boron, vitamin d, tongkat ali, and they've helped a little but not to the degree that I'd want. I'm considering 200mg of test per week, but worry about potential acne breaking out, potential hair loss, potential facial bloating. I have a good hairline and don't have reason to believe I will be losing it anytime soon. Let me know what would be the best protocol for me.

Gym, healthy fats, decrease cortisol( asvaganda), zinc, vitamin D3, good sleep(7hours is absolutely minimum), and decrease body fat.
Overall is more important than taking a few supplements.
Sport, diet, sleep is the basic
