ADVICE FOR PEOPLE THAT ARE BELOW MID MTN AND ARE NEW TO LOOKSMAXING

I was in this situation too and the way I fixed it was this,

First and most important, fix your diet
Try to eat mostly whole healthy foods like meats and fruits ( can eat acationally bad stuff but try to make it not have added sugar)
Also it’s important that you drink enough water

For people with high bodyfat

Eat mostly foods that have protein and fiber and not to much
Run a decent amount CONSISTENCY is important with this.

If you have bad bone mass,
Hope your still under 15 and follow the steps above and you can also try to do things like bonemashing and mewing if your really dedicated.

Get enough exercise and sunlight, these will automatically make you look better

Lastly don’t rush and let it take time for you to glow up
