1/ Minoxidil 5% or 2% in a roll-on with a stainless steel ball

2/ A mix of castor oil, rice bran oil and mustard oil, while adding 5% peppermint EO, 5% black pepper EO and 5% cayenne pepper EO. (+ few drops of vitamin E as a preservative)
Anything that can boosts topical bloodflow

3/ Microneedling/retinol is useless for eyebrows. It only works on a non-existent beard or non existent scalp hair, because it triggers bloodflow but also collagen and few hormones that trigger new roots production. Your eyebrows are already here. Plus if a needle can "kill" a root and delay eyebrows growth.

4/ Rosemary EO is used as an anti-DHT, it doesn't really boosts topical blowflow (at least not enough compared to my recipe above). Just like Lavender EO, and Tea Tree EO, they reduce inflammation and DHT. Eyebrows aren't exposed to inflammation and DHT.
