I’m 16 going to the gym for a year good gains
Thing is I’m 5’6 already mid to htn though.
Looking to gymmaxx and mayhe the androgenicity of test will help with bone mass development.
Thinking of 200 a week is that good
Already have sources just need to know if this is smart and how to avoid sides
Do I really need bloodwork or can I just use an ai every other day with liver and cholesterol support.
