i wanna buy volufilline, but bc it doesnt hit the ppar recpetors directly, it isnt really effective at all
any actually working alternatives

Look into topical rosiglitazone
I dont think its on the market yet but looks promising
Also it wont fuck up your face
Otherwise you can try diy infra filler if ur low inhib 🥶
