How old are you? Is your mouth naturally like that or do you have some sort of a bite? If you have an overbite, Jut 24/7. Leave your lower teeth ever so slightly behind your front teeth and it will help you look less bloated and recessed from the side.

You dont look manly enough for construction workers. If those ´´macho`` dumb guys are into your rotine, then i recommend getting a more traditionally manly hairstyle like a turf.

If he was walking around daily and doing shit with friends, and goes in after its all over for some good sleep he would be set.

Of course, some activities requiring physical effort could benefit him, but just leaving the basement like you mentioned would most likely suffice more than you think. High step count is a lifesaver, literally.
