Whats the specific issues? If its your eyebrows you can shape them get botox to relax one of them even do facial excercises to relax them, if its actually your eyes your old option is orbital box ostonemy

it's the eyes, they have a negative slant and one eye is smaller than the other one

don't waste time or money, they're barely asymmetrical. too low ROI unless ur rich or smt. fix tear troughs, low hyoid, get in the gym and optimize bf%, and maybe get rhino in the future.
