The better tool to get the aesthetic physique who match the female gaze. Cost effective one
Not true. It's wayyy harder to build muscle than you think. It's take years of consistent training and you have to train very hard (failure) which is not as likely with high rep bodyweight exercises. It's also harder to exercise muscles like side delts and triceps. It is more cost effective though, that's true

Weighted bodyweight
That's why i recommend weighted bodyweight exercises. Imo, from my experience, the ones who used bodyweight exercises got muscles faster than the ones at the gym. I suspect the intensity and failure. Plus i'm pretty sure a lot of people can't do 20 strict pushups, dips or pullups like that, so it's a good start for a lot of people

For side delts yes you need dumbells but triceps can be worked with weighted diamond pushups and ring extensions

That's only because the guys doing calisthenics just have better genetics, but if they were to do free weights, they would build more muscle

Focus on back, chest , shoulders and abs when working on this of it as art sculpting an v shaped phisques

No need to be focused on dirty bulking, being bloated or on sarms, especially to get girls unless you have a fitness girl niche

The only correct way of gymmaxing is maximizing your frame

So, focus on your back, side delts and chest. Rest is preferable, but optional. You’re a newbie, so SARMs wouldn’t make much sense, but they are good

Also, at least 2.2g of protein(quality one, not beans😂) is a must. I do 4-6 tbh
