I’m a few days in and already looking pretty good. Last week, I goyed out on like 20,000 calories in 3 days and then started my cut and somehow I ended up actually losing a pound. My face looks more or less the same, but my waist is super tight and my abs are looking more defined.

Gonna run this for 4-8 weeks and try to get to like 12-13% body fat. I will NOT walk onto college being above 15% body fat

2000 average. I’m carb cycling and since I run full body 3x a week, I eat 1500 on non training days, 2500 on training days, and 2000 on saturday. So 2000 average for the week. Will bump it down to 1800 in a few weeks
keep ts up bro ! youre about to ascend past adam
Realistically I’ll just go from LMTN to like MMTN if I’m lucky ngl lol, but it’s better than nothing

you should do a tapered weekly deficit and not go aggressive toward the end so u can prevent atrophy bro

eating enough protien while continuing the gym is enough to prevent atrophy and possibly grow muscle (matters how long uve been lifintg tho)

i think below around 15% your body wont be able to repair the muscle body’s as fast as it depletes them in a severe deficit

I’m doing FB 3x a week, 3 sets per muscle group weekly to 0 RIR and 1g of protein per pound of BW. I won’t lose muscle will I?

thats not rlly how it works
your body fat levels alone do not contribute to muscle reperations
its just protiens and carbs
and vitamins i suppose
as long as hes dialed in on recovery hes fine

What is a tapered weekly deficit?
tapered weekly deficit is essentially where you start off with a higher weekly loss rate ie at 15% body fat 1lb or less a week then next week once you’re down to 14.5-14 you drop to 0.7 or so
it gets a lot more difficult and shitty to manage the lower you go and i’ll make a thread on it later but once the human body has less fat it will start to take from other more essential systems like muscle if you aren’t extremely careful i’ll make a thread later for you dandelions so i can iqlarp
