Alien skull shape

I have an unfortunate skull shape that angles too far up and goes too far back. Is there any way to change this through wolff's law, or am I(19) too old for my skull shape to change at all.

I just had my hair cut today. I looked marginally better with longer hair, but still pretty weird.

grow your hair and pick a hairstyle that can make the skull look less longer in height, i'd suggest a nice middle-part. here's a video that could help
