Fat intake for hormonal production is just eating whole eggs, eating sardines/salmonds and cooking with olive oil/ghee butter/tallow/lard on a regular basisu also need epa and dha for ur brain to function+ fat intake is good for preventing gallstones+ ketones are a much efficient energy source (only when u go low carb btw).
Totally different to eating Crisco with a spoon lol
