Info ALL YOU BASICALLY NEED TO KNOW ABOUT NUTRITION (GTFIH)

u also need epa and dha for ur brain to function+ fat intake is good for preventing gallstones+ ketones are a much efficient energy source (only when u go low carb btw).
Fat intake for hormonal production is just eating whole eggs, eating sardines/salmonds and cooking with olive oil/ghee butter/tallow/lard on a regular basis

Totally different to eating Crisco with a spoon lol

Calorie counting is pointless because the science is flawed, the FDA accounts for 20-40% error in calorie counting. Also calorie is a unit of heat, we cannot eat heat energy but mass. Also we don’t combust our foods, for example “our phones contain 2000 cal which means when we combust our phone we get 2000 cal worth of heat energy”, we biochemically process our food, not combust them. Also calories are measured in a closed thermodynamic system via caloriemeterbomb, we are open thermodynamic system so it doesn’t make any sense.
To be honest false calorie counting is way more likely in refined or foods with fiber.

Olive oil oxidizes merely just with a touch of sun exposure, every other fat seems good I’d also add coconut oil.

true, but saying 1 egg contains 60 cals is also false as that was measured in a closed thermodynamic system, we are open system and we biochemically absorb our food+ we do excrete some mass too

If I understood you right with “mass” which is just feces then the part I question myself is this mass has no nutritional value so they would be stripped off calories,I might be retarded this time but whatever.

Italians most affected by these news 💔

That fat intake u described is laughably low. Good if u want to nuke your hormone levels and testosterone production...
You need like 50g minimum as a guy.

Why so many carbs?
If you care about looksmaxxing you should not eat that many carbs... moderate amount should be enough.

I usually advise 40g of fat but while doing research i found that even really low fat diets didn't affect significantly. also many carbs cuz they lower perception of effort increasing motor unit recruitment so higher threshold fibers are recruit so more muscle growth.
(btw if I don't reply i probably passed out cuz I don't sleep usually)

A higher carb intake would lead to fuller glycogen stores and better performance in gym --> indirectly more muscle growth.
You don't need them ridiculously high as 500g-800g though.

Having fats less than 20% of your total calories does more harm than good for hormone production.
Studies have shown low fat diets led to a significant decrease in testosterone levels in men.

don't u think 20% is abit too high?

No definitely not. Protein and fats come first, they are important. Rest can go to carbs. A man needs between 20-35% fats for proper hormonal function. Fats are VITAL for testosterone production.

Any less and you’re pretty much castrating yourself as a man.

Glycogen stores are nearly insignificant in the face-pneumo
tbh, carbs bloat ur face because they promote sodium reabsorption in ur kidney and we all know that excessive sodium causes bloating, of course i am not implying that carbs are bad because they bloat u but this should be taken into consideration

Yeah but you could just lower your sodium, yet I know it’s not ideal because it’s needed for hydration. I have never been like facially bloated after consuming sodium+carbs if I’m honest.

yeah i agree, but people are diff tbh, some people get bloating cause of carbs

Only noticed bloating after eating LOTS of sodium. Pneumo says <800mg, which is about 2g of salt. But thats unrealistic. Would mean you have to eat insanely clean and basically not use any spices etc too. Low - moderate sodium with high potassium intake is key.
Have not noticed significant bloating even with higher sugar/carb intake. Only when I overate on calories/excess sodium.
