I agree, I struggled with acne for 5 years, tried a lot of skincare which in I’ve seen some results, but never got rid of it. I started 10mg of isotret for 6 months and have never been happier. It was completely gone and the only thing I had to do to get completely rid of the pimples I got afterwards was to change my diet. I didn’t have a lot of problems with the dryness tho, rather got physical side effects like bad insomnia and constant hunger, still was worth all of it tho.
