This post was a while ago, I definitely put on more muscle and look better now but I am still pretty skinny fat overall. The leanest I got down to was 78 kg , but then i got fat again. Now im tryna get back to it by recomping but I am struggling.needs to or its completely over

Keep losing that lower belly fat and i think ull have a pretty aesthetic frame. Tbh in the grand scheme of things I've made f**k all progress then what I could have, and when I try to pinpoint why exactly I can't figure it out. I am a vegetarian so I struggle to get protein, and with training some days I go up in strength, and then other days go down, and it averages to staying the same. Any advice?
