get into lifting, you can look amazing starting from where your at right now. also to loose weight the majority of the work is done by diet, eat less. Lifting will put on muscle and it works surprisingly fast.

Do not judge yourself when your judging your Frame until you build more muscle.

Equally as important is your not lean. Lean out if you want to judge bone structure and ratios. You hips have hip fat and this unfairly hides your potential to look asthetically pleasing.



I also believe you have potential as your shoulders are wider than your hips straight off the bat.

Ur frame is not bad at all just start eating right and lifting
His frame is terrible. hop on prolactin blockers fir ur man tits and lose weight. I suggest wrestling and if ur an adult hop on trt.

his physique isnt good but his bone structure is not deformed or anything he will look fine if he just cuts down and starts lifting😭

This post was a while ago, I definitely put on more muscle and look better now but I am still pretty skinny fat overall. The leanest I got down to was 78 kg , but then i got fat again. Now im tryna get back to it by recomping but I am struggling.

Tbh in the grand scheme of things I've made fuck all progress then what I could have, and when I try to pinpoint why exactly I can't figure it out. I am a vegetarian so I struggle to get protein, and with training some days I go up in strength, and then other days go down, and it averages to staying the same. Any advice?

Alr im proud af rn. Keep up the good work i was wrong abt ur frame i can tell your shoulder/hip ratio is much better than i thought it was. Keep losing that lower belly fat and i think ull have a pretty aesthetic frame. Great gains
