Hey everyone,
I need some advice because I'm honestly stressing out a bit
I ordered Latisse for eyelash growth from a seller on IndiaMART in India and paid around €37.
My shipment has reference LP075677475IN. The seller declared the total value as $21 and described it as a healthcare product.
I received an email from bpost Customs Clearance asking me to provide documents within 14 calendar days:
Before this, bpost sent me a message saying they intended to deliver the parcel to my collection point, but that they didn't have it yet.
Now I'm worried because Latisse is a medicine and I didn't realise there might be restrictions on importing it into Belgium.
I have a few questions:
I'd appreciate any advice from people who've dealt with Belgian customs before. Thanks!

- An invoice and proof of payment
- A screenshot of my order showing the price
- My private address

I have a few questions:
- Has anyone experienced something similar when ordering skincare or beauty products from India?
- Is there a legitimate way to resolve this with customs, or is the parcel likely to be refused?
- If customs refuses the parcel, is there any chance of getting my €37 back from the seller?
- What happens if I don't have an invoice?
- Am I basically cooked, or is there still a chance I'll receive my package?
I'd appreciate any advice from people who've dealt with Belgian customs before. Thanks!
