imo trim brows a little bit and don’t do the black underline

Thank youuuu! I’ve been needing to clean my eyebrow but have been lazy I’ll get on it :3

That’s actually what I’ve been doing recently! But I haven’t seen a lot of progress:((
It typically takes months to see meaningful progress from training, most transformations look impressive because you can lose bodyfat way faster than you can build muscle. Typically training full body 3 times a week is best for a beginner, i cant write a full guide on training on here but others would probably help you out or you could google it.
