any good workouts to flatten stomach?

yeah I think I have a bit of excess body fat, my bmi is like 20 something iirc I want it to go down to 19 something. my posture is bad so it all kind of collects at my lower abdomen lol

sucks that I can't spot reduce :-( I'll stick to deficit, cardio for calorie burning, and light ab workouts I guess

I want to drop some weight there, it's not bad but it does poke out. a bunch of core workouts I'm seeing totally get rid of your hourglass though and I hate that idea

Vacuum planks
Search online on how to do vacuum holds and then apply it to your planks

Only work during a caloric deficit and dozens of minutes of a same ab exercises that people don't have the endurance for
